In order to have a font that will be unique as well as quite abstract and not simple or bland as the font formats within the Photoshop and Indesign software, I used the website "Dafont". To have styles of font that best suited my ideas, a search box is provided to add a key term that summaries the style of font I want.
I typed in a couple of different words such as; princess, curly, magical, Disney etc. and a variety of fonts appeared:
I then chose this font called "angelic war", this fits in with the idea of the ancillary work, the bolder letters with thin elegant looking swirls made this text look "girly" as well as added the "Disney" effect.
To then choose the colour of the title, I looked at pastel colours as this is what I was hoping to go for the ancillary work, keeping it looking soft and soothing to the eyes as well as having a washed out and vintage like effect.
I was experimenting quite a few times on Indesign, as even the littlest of change within the bar of colour creates a complete different shade of colour.
